Lucky thirteen for Nik Pratap

Published: 13th May 2013

Nik Pratap successfully completed the SIG Sheffield Half Marathon this May. It was his first half marathon and he raised over £500 for the Churchill Hospital in Oxford, who successfully treated his mum last year for stomach cancer. He was supported, sponsored and cheered on by a number of his colleagues from Brewster Pratap.

Said Nik. “It was a brilliant event. Really good to see so many familiar faces in the 6,000 runners and 1,000s of supporters in the Don Valley Stadium and around Sheffield. It’s the first time I have raised money for a personal charity and I am very grateful to all of the clients and friends who sponsored me."

He continued. "I wanted to finish with enough miles left in my legs to give me the confidence to do London next year. Fingers crossed I succeed in the forthcoming ballot for entry!"
