Investors In People
Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard, specialising in transforming business performance through people. At the heart of Investors in People is the Standard, a framework of best practice that’s outcome focused using as assessment based entirely on interviews with people across the organisation. We have been awarded the Investors in People quality standard and are proud of this recognition of the focus we place on our people.
The Living Wage is set independently, updated annually and calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. It enjoys cross party support, with public backing from both the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition. We choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis to our employees as part of our commitment to reduce the number of families living in poverty. As a Living Wage employer, we are part of a list of some of the UK’s leading employers.
The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the professional body for the recruitment industry. We are corporate members of the REC and as such are committed to raising standards and highlighting excellence throughout the recruitment industry and abide by the REC Code of Professional Practice.
